At Vomrelonxly, we are committed to your satisfaction with our curtain and textile services. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding custom-made products, cancellations, and warranty claims.

Custom-Made Products

All curtains and textiles provided by Vomrelonxly are custom-made to your specific measurements, design preferences, and fabric selections. Due to the bespoke nature of our products:

  • Custom-made curtains cannot be returned or exchanged once fabrication is complete
  • All sales of custom products are final after production begins
  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or cutting has commenced

We encourage all clients to carefully review design specifications, measurements, and fabric samples before approving production.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. If your curtains or textiles have manufacturing defects or do not meet the agreed specifications, we will:

  • Assess the issue within 48 hours of notification
  • Repair or remake the product at no additional cost if the fault is due to our error
  • Ensure the corrected product meets your expectations and original specifications

Quality issues must be reported within 14 days of installation for assessment.

Measurement Errors

Our Measurement Service

If you used our professional measurement service and the curtains do not fit due to measurement errors on our part:

  • We will remake the curtains at no additional charge
  • New curtains will be fabricated and installed as quickly as possible
  • You will not incur any costs for the correction

Customer-Provided Measurements

If you provided your own measurements and the curtains do not fit:

  • Alterations may be possible depending on the nature of the issue
  • Alteration costs will be the responsibility of the customer
  • In some cases, remaking may be necessary at customer expense

We strongly recommend using our professional measurement service to ensure accuracy and avoid fitting issues.

Cancellation Policy

Before Production Begins

If you need to cancel your order before fabrication has started:

  • Notify us in writing as soon as possible
  • A cancellation fee of 15% of the total order value will apply to cover administrative costs
  • If materials have already been ordered, you will be responsible for material costs
  • Remaining deposit will be refunded within 14 business days

After Production Begins

Once fabrication has commenced:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled
  • No refunds will be provided
  • You remain responsible for the full payment of the order

Change Requests

Changes to your order specifications:

  • Must be requested in writing before production begins
  • May incur additional design and administrative fees
  • Cannot be accommodated once cutting or fabrication has started
  • May affect the quoted timeline and delivery date

Fabric and Color Variations

Please be aware that:

  • Fabric colors may vary slightly from samples due to dye lot differences
  • Natural fabrics may have inherent variations in texture and appearance
  • Screen displays may not accurately represent actual fabric colors
  • We recommend viewing physical samples before finalizing your selection

Minor variations in fabric appearance are not considered defects and are not grounds for return or refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your curtains arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects:

  • Notify us immediately upon discovery, preferably within 48 hours
  • Provide photographs of the damage or defect
  • Do not attempt to install damaged products
  • We will arrange for inspection and appropriate remedy

Damage that occurs after installation or due to improper care is not covered under this policy.

Warranty Claims

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. To make a warranty claim:

  • Contact us with details of the issue and supporting photographs
  • Allow us to inspect the product at your property if necessary
  • Provide proof of purchase and installation date
  • Claims must be made within the warranty period specified in your contract

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper cleaning, alterations by third parties, or normal wear and tear.

Installation Issues

If you experience issues with our installation service:

  • Report problems within 7 days of installation
  • We will return to assess and correct any installation-related issues
  • Corrections will be made at no additional charge if the issue is due to our workmanship

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our response to a return or warranty claim:

  • Contact our management team to discuss the issue further
  • We will work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution
  • If resolution cannot be reached, you may seek assistance from consumer protection agencies

Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If products fail to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to remedies under the Act.
